This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to our mobile applications and will explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. If you do not agree with this Policy, please DO NOT download, install and/or use the application.
Collection and Use of Information
When utilizing the App, we may request access or permission to your mobile device's WiFi, Bluetooth, Storage, and Microphone. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's setting, but it loses all functions of this App, including but not limited to:
- Connecting to direct WiFi to control lights
- Inputting local images or videos to display on lights
- Music effects react to phone microphone or music
- Sending music signals to controller via Bluetooth
- Grouping lights and enable Synchronize Mode
No personally identifiable data is collected, transmitted, or stored on external servers when you use our App. No data is processed in any way not absolutely required for the operation of our products and service. The Log Data that may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, the App configuration are stored internally on your mobile devices. This data is deletable and is not sent to any system outside the user's local network.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information with any outside third parties. The Application does not contain any links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services.

We reserve the rights to update this Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. If any change occurs, we will notify you by email, or by means of a notice in the mobile applications and on the website prior to the change becoming effective.
